1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the crickex cx platform and the user. Using the service through the crickex cx website, mobile application or any other channel automatically makes these terms applicable.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds will be withheld.

3.2 Identity Verification

crickex cx may at any time request a national identity card, passport or other document to verify a user's identity. Deposits, withdrawals or bonus claims may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping the account password secure is entirely the user's responsibility. If anyone suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must notify the crickex cx support team immediately. crickex cx bears no liability for any transactions made through a third party on a user's account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

crickex cx uses the mobile wallet and banking methods commonly available in Bangladesh for deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks).
• Only payment methods registered in the user's own name may be used. Funds sent from a third party's account will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must generally be made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Authenticity

crickex cx is committed to preventing money laundering. If any suspicious transaction is detected, transactions on the relevant account may be temporarily suspended and additional information may be requested for verification.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

crickex cx bonus offers are provided subject to specific conditions. Separate wagering requirements apply to each bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering it 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, and wagering of ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) will be required.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• crickex cx reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer.
• On any bonus-related matter, the decision of crickex cx is final.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

All bets will be considered valid only after they have been fully accepted. crickex cx reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault in the system. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the user's account.

6.2 Event Cancellation or Suspension

If a match or event is cancelled or suspended indefinitely before its scheduled conclusion, crickex cx will follow its standard bet settlement policy for the bets concerned and, where applicable, the original stake will be returned.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

A maximum winning amount may apply to any single bet. crickex cx is not obligated to pay beyond the set limit for any type of bet, including multi-bets.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crickex cx platform:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial means.
• Using two or more accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
• Opening or operating an account by providing false information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or helping them use the site.

Violating any of the above rules will result in permanent account closure and earned winnings or bonuses may be forfeited.

8 VIP Program

crickex cx's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level. VIP level depends on the user's regular activity and betting volume.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). crickex cx reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.

13 Changes to Terms and Termination

13.1 Changes

crickex cx reserves the right to change, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified by email or through the site. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

13.2 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any settleable balance; however, any bonus balance for which wagering has not been completed will be cancelled.

In case of a rule violation, crickex cx reserves the right to close an account without notice and forfeit any earned rewards.

14 Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any legal dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached through discussion, the applicable judicial process will be followed.
